FAQs

How do I book a class?
Booking is through my online system. You will need to register first, then buy a pass. Once you’ve bought your pass you can select which class(es) you want to use it for.

What do I need to bring to class?
Please bring with you:
– A yoga mat – please let me know if you don’t have one yet and I can lend you one for the class
– A blanket (the thicker the better)
– A bottle of water

What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes which won’t restrict your movement- leggings, joggers or pyjama trousers are perfect! You may like to bring additional layers to keep you warm during rest at the end of class.

Can I practise yoga with an injury?
This depends on the nature of the injury and should be discussed on an individual basis – please alert me to any injuries or medical issues, even if you consider them to be irrelevant or insignificant. If you have any doubts or concerns please consult your GP before attending class.
