About Amy

I came to yoga after a back injury in my twenties, and over time it began to grow into a bigger part of my life, helping my mind as well as my body.

I teach soft vinyasa flow yoga and yin yoga in Oxfordshire, offering space to slow down, stretch and find moments of rest and reconnection.

My belief that yoga is for everyone is at the heart of my teaching. I welcome all students to my classes and will always offer different options to make sure the practice is accessible and inclusive. Yoga can have a transformative effect on us all, offering a rare chance to stop, breathe and connect with ourselves.
